Words from COL

Where is your favorite place to do your art?
On the streets, there is nothing better than getting to do you art in public. Legal or Illegal, it helps create a stir and makes people think.
Who is the boss of who, you or Duke?
That would be Duke! Little man always gets what he wants.

Where is your favorite place to eat in the city?
The list is too long, but 2 places i frequent would be Jules Bistro and Friend of a Farmer.
Is there anyone that you would like to colab with on something?
Yes! Where to begin? Would love to do work with Delta, Erni and Daim. To me they helped pioneer the 3d movement.  I also would like to do some work with Chris Stain and Joe Iurato, as well as TMNK.

What first got you interested in art?
As far back as I can remember I was always drawing. My grandmother was a painter and she always pushed me to continue and challenge myself with my art. I guess she believed I had something. I have stopped since, Art is my life! Wether its painting or designing on the comp, Im totally consumed!
Do you have any upcoming shows or projects you’d like to tell us about?
I will be painting at a few Graffiti events within the next few months and then looking forward to Art Basel in December. Hopefully this year there will be some traveling in the forecast.

If you could be any super hero or super villain who would it be and why?
I would probably go with Wolverine. Reason being is he dont give a shit. He is his own person and doesnt care what anyone thinks. Sometimes he is his own worst enemy, and I have a tendency to be mine.Plus he kicks some serious ass!
What other interests do you have?
Always have been interested in how things work. Technology is fascinating!!!

Who was your favorite group/band from high school?
Journey always kicked ass!
Best way to kill time?
Drawing, putting up stickers, writing on stuff…….All depends on where I am.

Judgement Day 5/21/2011 your thoughts..
Painted a wall in Queens that day and nothing happened. Shit was funny!

What mediums do you prefer to work with and why?
Spray paints and Acrylics are my fav, been using them since as far back as I remember. Been trying to work with Oils some more as well, Its amazing what you can do with them.
Acrylics work and move so well on canvas, and Spray paint…..Well, when you catch your first tag and you take in those fumes, it sort of starts to take over. Hell yeah!

Sandwich or Burrito ?
